In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, and with current legislation on data protection, we hereby inform you that the party responsible for processing your data as a user of the i2sc.es website is INTELLIGENT AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION, S.L., (CIF: BXXX), with registered address at Instituto de Tecnologías y Sistemas de Información, Camino de Moledores S/N, 13003 Ciudad Real (Spain), and with contact details contacto@i2sc.es, hereinafter I2SC.
Purposes
I2SC hereby informs you that we process the personal data provided to us in order to manage contractual relations, and to provide interested parties and clients with information on the activities and services provided by I2SC. Specifically, we use your information to:
- To send communications regarding newsletters, publications, invitations to events and promotions of I2SC services. These communications may be sent by any means, the main means to be used being e-mail.
- To respond to requests, applications or queries from the user regarding the services provided by I2SC in which he/she has shown interest.
Registered personal data
The data to be processed by I2SC within the framework of the relationship with the data subject are included in the following categories: Identification and contact data, for example, but not limited to: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, nationality.
The data provided through our website by means of the corresponding forms and e-mails received requesting information or sending comments or suggestions and/or the data provided in the newsletter subscription register, and which are considered personal data, may or may not be incorporated into our files and processed automatically. These files are registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in accordance with current legislation and implementing regulations.
Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated.
Recipients to whom the data will be disclosed
The User's data will not be communicated to any other private entity. The User's data may only be communicated to Public Administrations in cases where there is a legal obligation to do so.
Retention of registered personal data
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as they are necessary to respond to the contractual relationship, to respond to the requests or applications made, and in any case as long as deletion is not requested by the interested party, as well as for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that in each case correspond according to each type of data.
Legitimation of data processing
The processing of the User's data by I2SC for the purpose of sending commercial communications and information on related activities, products and services is based on the legitimate interest of I2SC in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
Data provided by third parties
In the event of personal data being provided by persons who are not the owners of the same, the user shall, prior to their inclusion, inform said persons of the points contained in the preceding paragraphs. I2SC disclaims any liability for failure to comply with this requirement.
Rights of the data subject
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not I2SC is processing personal data concerning him/her. Interested parties and clients have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, customers or data subjects may object to the processing of their data. I2SC shall cease to process the data except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims. In certain circumstances, clients or data subjects may request the limitation of the processing, so that I2SC shall only reserve and use them in the cases authorised by law.
Where data is collected in a structured format, clients or data subjects may request I2SC to transmit their data directly to other data controllers or receive their data in electronic format, to be stored on their own devices, without the need to transmit it to other data controllers.

Finally, we inform data subjects that they may lodge a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es).
Commercial communications via electronic mail
The only communications that will be made by e-mail will be those necessary to respond to users' requests for information or to reply to their comments.
They shall be those that have been expressly consented to or authorised by the recipients in accordance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, except for the provisions of Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce in the wording given by the First Final Provision of the new General Telecommunications Law.
Security measures
The party responsible for the file has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data, and has installed all the technical means and measures available according to the state of technology to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the Personal Data provided.
Duty of secrecy
The user relies on the confidentiality and duty of secrecy of the employees of I2SC and of all those who process the data in the name and on behalf of the same. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the user is aware of the possibility that the security of communications through the network may not be invulnerable.
